A: You generally will receive preorder item within 14 – 30 days. The estimated delivery time for preorder items display on both the product page and in your order confirmation email. If found that the delivery cannot meet the conditions time or according to other issue, which we consider as a force majeure event that is beyond the control of us. A: Online designer trunk shows are hosted by Perrine Porter and last anywhere from two to four weeks. During these shows, you can preorder the most recent styles right off the runway. At the time of purchase, a deposit will be required to place an order. You will be informed that the remaining balance will be billed in full and that your trunk show order will be shipped directly to you once it arrives from the designer. If you prefer to shop within our Boutique (ready to ship), you will pay in full if the item is available to ship immediately. If the item is available through our preorder program, you will be required to pay a down payment at the time of purchase and the remaining amount when it becomes available and is prepared for shipping. Additionally, you can choose from our preowned item. We see sustainability as important, and the consignment and trade program let preowned items pass to new owners for reuse.

A: Yes, our pre-owned items come in the following conditions:

• Never Used with tag: previously owned but never been used and in original condition. This item comes with its original tags.
• Never Used: previously owned but never been used and in original condition. This item comes without its original tags.
• Excellent: previously owned and worn, but like new or with almost no signs of use. This item is still in almost perfect condition with no defects.
• Good: previously owned and worn with some signs of use. This item may have some fading (of material or plating), patina or scratches.
