Returns & refunds
Never used items cannot be returned to Perrine Porter. Any item for which the condition states new, never used, pristine and/or store fresh is a Last Deal. When a payment is made and processed by credit card company or when a bank transaction completed, it is considered a “Last Deal”
Perrine Porter does not take returns on items obtained for the benefit of a client (or its representative) that were not in our inventory at the time the request was made. Such orders are considered "custom orders", whether new or preowned, are not qualified for return.
We will only accept returns for store credit on items that are listed as "pre-owned" in the description of their condition and are still in the same condition as when they were purchased.
Store credits will be valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
After receiving the item, you wish to return, please send an email to info@perrineporter.com within 48 hours. You will receive an insured return label from us. We will inform you of the store credit after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Our initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from the credit.
If you send the item back with your own label, we must receive it within four days of receiving your notification of your intention to return it.
We are not responsible for any return sent to an erroneous location or lost or harmed on the way. Therefore, we recommend insuring the returned packages.
We recorded video of all items as a proof preceding shipping and we reserve the right to reject a return in the event that the items appear to have been utilized.
