Step 1: Get an estimate

Submit a consignment request through our contact channels. Please include details about the item and all accompaniments. If you have price expectations, please include them.

Add one or more photos of the item

We will contact you within 24 hours with an estimate.  If we have additional questions, we will reach out within 1-2 days. 

Step 2: Send the item for inspection

If you like our quotation, we will send messenger to pick up item for inspection.

All boxes and their contents must be packed securely to reduce the risk of damage. Please not that you will bear all risks and shipping/messenger costs associated with delivering the items.

We offer a white grove service that will inspect at your convenience if you are unable to deliver the item for inspection. Costs incurred while using the service are your responsibility.

Step 3: Get paid

We will check your item upon receipt to ensure that it is authentic and in the same condition as described. If necessary, we will refine our estimate and contact you with the final price.

On agreement, you will be paid typically within 5 business days.

The form of payment is your option, but typically payments are made via bank transfer or store credit which will gain more 5 %
